Only after we recover funds and the money is in your account. We bill the 25% fee automatically once the carrier processes the refund. You never pay for unsuccessful claims.

We don't file claims under $5 per order, as the processing cost makes smaller claims inefficient. We only file high-confidence claims, and small amounts are riskier relative to effort. Most stores see an average of $15-$50 per successful claim.

Yes. Connect as many Shopify stores as you own. The 25% fee applies to all recoveries across all your stores. No per-store fees.

You pay nothing. We only take a fee on successful recoveries. Denied claims have zero cost to you, and we'll try resubmission if there's a path forward.
